Something that isn't absurd. The only time you really see the craic spilling "over the line" is when it accidentally tags someone's insecurities and then neither party is willing to back down in the "it was just a joke/it wasn't fucking funny" argument that ensues. Usually involves a comment about the person's partner. Someone calling you Hitler based on a series of coincidences is so obviously silly that it would be bizarre if someone took actual offence. Like if one of your mates joked about you being a paedo. If you didn't laugh that off and actually got offended, only then would I be actually worried.

Yeah but we're talking about Sheamus' intent and how mild it is within his own culture. The issue is external to the craic he's having. Like two mates having a chat in the corner of the pub and someone passing by on their way for a piss starting an argument about the two lads calling each other fat and gay or whatever.
