WWE downside minimum is $250,000 according to HHH in an interview a few years ago. you get paid extra for things like merch and when you are in a ppv and Asuka and IYO are almost always in ppvs. its like when there were the reports of Asuka, Kairi and IYO taking pay cuts to come to NXT. While in NXT all 3 of them were in basically every single PPV unless they were hurt so they were likely among if not the top paid women in NXT during their runs.
