I think long term:
Arianna > Jaida > Kelani > Karmen > Sol
As far as NXT in the next two years:
Sol > Kelani > Jaida > Karmen > Arianna

Arianna is going to be the Carmella of her generation. Someone who does fuck all in NXT but laps all her peers on the main roster because she's a much better character and doesn't need twenty minute matches to get over.
Sol is going to be pushed hard in nxt but will wash out after injuries stop her from doing her flippy shit.
Jaida fills a niche of strong bully girl and she'll do great in nxt and the main roster. She'll take over the role that nia jax and shayna bazler have now.
Karmen is already in her thirties and she'll stick around for a few years but wont go anywhere before being cut in spring cleaning.
Kelani is too pretty for wrestling and will get retire after getting married to some famous black celebrity within two years of being on the main roster
