It was a joke that literally started as a memepost of Who's The Boss parodies on the old WrestleCrap forums in like 2005-2006. All Ron Simmons would do was walk in a room and say DAMN.
It predated WWE doing it by 2-3 years I'm convinced someone lurked. WrestleCrap had surprising reach before it went all PC and gay with FAN
