One of the worst WWF champions, Bret and Undertaker saved him and he should’ve lost to Luger. I literally have no memory of him existing beyond 94, even the tag title run I have no memory of it and I know I was watching RAW around Mania XI. He was a fairly competent worker but even Cornette never made him feel like a main eventer. Bottom 5 champion.
