Look at just about everything else except for live sports - the ratings have plummeted over the last several years. The audiences for these shows have not disappeared; they've moved. They get streaming service subs and they watch these shows when they want without ads with the ability to pause, re-wind and re-watch, because that's far more convenient.
Wrestling has held up better than some things, probably because so much of wrestling's fanbase is backwards braindead hicks who think they need to program a computer to watch Netflix.
