How does a heel who has never won a match, losing competitively to the champion help anyone? It makes Toni look weaker for taking so long to beat her. Toni shouldn't be wrestling jobbers at all, she's the champion. It just makes Harley and Saraya look weaker and weaker and lose all credibility and it hurts the presentation of the top heel group in the women's division as they're wasting their time with jobbers.
Serena Deeb is the babyface challenger and she's not involved. Last time she was a TV regular she was a heel. Toni is cheered as a babyface but is a heel. Everyone is being buried in all of this, it's some of the worst booking in recent memory and that's really impressive given how fucking horrible Tony's booking is.
