Being the best active wrestler helps, literally no one is on his level when he is on. He already had nothing to prove when he first showed up in WWE. I'm glad they are trying to give him a proper run, hopefully they make him a champion too. Aside from wrestling, he is respected by everyone who ever worked with him, from Hogan, to Cena to Angle, no one has anything bad to say about him.
