The everest shit was Darby working Tony into a paid vacation. Once people that knew about mountaineering pointed out that Darby was never going to be allowed to climb Everest this year he conveniently got injured in some shit match. Darby is based for milking the money mark and rubbing it in his face by coming back to work while "injured" and getting a free favor from Tony.
