The company needs to focus on specific workers at each level of the card if it wants to establish them to fans -- none of this showing up for a month then disappearing for several months crap. This is what will enable the company to tell the types of stories critics are clamoring for.
I'd also push for strict separation between AEW and RoH. No more titles from RoH showing up on AEW television. Too many belts as it is. Establish strong identities for each belt, with clear places where they belong on the card.
Drop the focus on wins and losses. New Japan doesn't have them and they're not necessary for a proper sports-based presentation. More match ups between evenly-ranked talents so the outcome is a bigger surprise.
That's just a few things off the top of my head.
