He just needs to develop a gimmick outside of "hey I'm a dude that's in factions a lot". Right now he's just bland and existent. Make him something of a ruthless psycho that snaps and just clobbers the shit out of his opponent or something, goes full Sandman on them with a Singapore cane or something. Anything.
I like him but he needs something to make him stand out.
Shinsuke needs to get that vicious kingpin vibe back when he was in New Japan. Put him with Tozawa and give Akira some harder hitting offense. I guarantee you it'll be dimes.
