They think that there's an actual "Raw GM" position that people work under, 100% of them are not aware that Adam Pearce is a fucking loser and a scrub who never made it to the big-time and that's what most smarks know him as, a guy who never made it. But the jeets are like "He's the Raw GM" they are 1000% fully bought into kayfabe they don't realize that the "Raw GM" is just a television character.
