Pandemic wrestling already showed that crowds are an integral part in the overall presentation of the product, and that no crowds or dead crowds negatively impact the product on a whole. Shitty matches will always be shitty matches, but good matches with shit crowds hampers the experience of the match. Same with commentary, by the way.
