Matt Morgan was never over in TNA, not in the Hogan/Bischoff era or otherwise, his matches were snoozefests and nobody cared. On the contrary to your point he was actually one of the OG guys still featured a decent amount in the Hogan/Bischoff era because he had 'the look' but that didn't go anywhere either because nothing ever did with this guy.
