He would very quickly dissappear into his stable, taking a backseat to Nakamura and Ishii, etc. Worse still; when left to his own whims he would always lean towards goofy nonsense that didn't draw. We already have more than enough goofy nonsense and bloated factions though, so we can easily avoid that.
