Back in my day, battle royals and tournaments led to brand new feuds, created new matches, due to the randomness of it all. I mean shit, Hulk Hogan vs The Ultimate Warrior happened because they came face to face at the Rumble and the arena exploded. But even shit like Bad News Brown backstabbing Bret Hart led to a new storyline. Friends and enemies change course. That's what these events SHOULD be about.
