It's wrestling, make him have dirt on Triple H or The Rock or something. It doesn't have to make a lot of sense it just needs to be entertaining. It's been a while since we had a heel GM and I think Pearce could pull it off perfectly. Heel authority figures draw, face authority figures are lame.

Charisma (and cocaine use) isn't genetic and it's the number one reason wrestlers get over in the first place. It's unfortunate but you get guys like Ric who pass on all the athleticism and the look and end up with Reid and Charlotte. Bron being as entertaining as he is is the exception, not the rule.
