>>14768844The way the IC belt SHOULD be is as a stepping stone. You get the IC belt as an upper midcarder and that shows that you can hang with the big boys in the upper card. Instead because there is almost no consistency in a lot of the booking, it's just another midcard title of equal value to tag team titles and the US championship. I don't think they see Otis as an upper midcarder who can float up into the big main event matches on his own when needed. I would love if they did, but I don't think they do.
