>>14773392It's true that there are some bots that take down copyrighted music usage, but I don't think they are always from the company the music comes from, especially with sega music take-downs I'd guess. Lots of youtubers have been using persona 5 music in their videos for years and I haven't heard of any problems. Sega is pretty chill about fans using their property, like with the sonic fan games. If they started using the yakuza soundtrack in like AEW, WWE or major Jap promotions, maybe they would have to take action based on principle, but besides that, I don't think they care that much.
Also, I just remembered the yakuza font, it's being used everywhere these days, I guess someone remade it for fun and put it on a free licence, but that's speculation on my part, but I haven't heard of sega trying to do some copyright related takedowns, maybe they haven't copyrighted it somehow, but I don't know
