>>14778207Excellent point, signs Queen Aminata and others, spams appearances for a few weeks......then what? They disappear.
>>14778108Slopdown got CANCELLED! Just kidding. You're right but it's a start. The more names you let go, the longer their resumes and closer they are to the 'inner circle' of AEW management, the more it sends the message that workers need to step up to the plate and do something.
If they need to go back to WWE where everything is planned out for them, they're handed full scripts of what to read, then they can do that. But if they want to be in AEW, they need to be constantly churning new ideas, giving their input to the creative team, constantly trying to grow the audience and get themselves over, they need to fucking work. Not just sit around in catering and shit on creative ideas because they don't want to job to (brace yourself) the main eventers in the company.
Henry, Anderson and Hager are all gone - they have about 45 minutes of screen time combined in the last year. You have to tighten things up to keep the attention span of younger viewers. That 18-50 demo don't mean shit when the TV Execs drill down and your average viewer is 48-49 years old. You have to switch it up and make it fresh.
