The crust at the bottom of the pizza is thinner and it's rolled tight at the edges, and it doesn't have the little herbs/cheeses on it that Dominoes does so it tastes more like bread. Most people dip it in one of their sauces which is seemingly what it's meant for. It's greasier as well and their topping variety is not as large as Dominoes.
At least this is what I remember. I haven't had either for probably 5 years at this point but I preferred Dominoes when I had access to both.
