>>14833490>GUNTHERDoesn't fit AEW's style. They don't use big men or powerhouses well. Look at how they was Wardlow, Hobbs, an Cage. Even Joe doesn't get used enough he was their best Champ in my book too.
>AJ StylesUnironically one of the best fits for current AEW and would actually move the needle (unlike Monè, Ospreay). However he worked his ass off for a decade plus in TNA and New Japan to make it to WWE. He's one of those guys that dreamed of being where he is now. I can't see him giving it up. But, there is probably some temptation to run things back with Okada but on US soil. And he's a legacy guy so there is probably some appeal in being the only wrestler to ever hold the TNA World Championship, IWGP Heavyweight Championship, WWE Championship, and the AEW World Championship. But at his age and with how hard he worked to get to WWE I highly doubt he leaves.
>Dragon LeeIt doesn't matter where he goes. He'll just be token luchador and Hispanic diversity quota. Sadly neither TNA or AEW do much of anything with their lucha talent these days. Andrade is one of the best wrestlers in the world, he's a complete package good in the ring, good on the mic, adaptable to heel or face, good character work, great look. And yet BOTH companies use him as enhancement talent and sometimes not even that.
>Ilja DragonuvActually dimeless. I mean yeah he'd work better in AEW because his selling point is his wrestling which is good for a smaller dude. But he's dimeless. Like he's boring as watching paint dry. I thought maybe it would change because he was way more entertaining once he was in a program with Baron Corbin. Because that feud was fire and their match was my favorite match of 2023. That said after it was over Ilja went back to being boring Ilja. It's clear that Corbin is a ring general and was able to pull that out of Ilja.
