A tournament is held during the course of the year and the winner faces the champion at ALL IN. The benefit of having the championship is that you can challenge one time for all singles championships. Kind of like MitB but it has to be pre announced and you get one shot at the Junior and one shot at the World. But you keep the belt on you until you lose it.
Then
We cut people who we are paying to stay home. We turn RoH into our developmental. We open a FUCKING performance center like every big company has. It wasn't just WWE. WCW had theirs too it was called the Power Plant.
Personally I also cut some of our "top guys" who aren't drawing and cost too much for what they bring in.
Hire some writers. I'll write for the main event scenes but my writers would handle the rest.
I'd focus on our guys who actually have personality like Ricky Starks, Christian, Samoan Joe, MJF, Jack Perry, Jay White, Jay Lethal, House of Black, Eddie Kingston, Jon Moxley...
I'd dump the boring shitters from the main event fuck the Bucks, Okada, Ospreay, FTR ect...
