Wrestling fans in small/mid-size towns see AEW is coming, so they give it a shot and soon realize just how fucking BORING it is - and when AEW comes back to town, their attendance numbers are down 20-40%. It's every single time now. The only cities it doesn't drastic go down are Chicago, New York and other areas they run 3x or more per year.
Sit through dark matches. Sit through Collision filled with squashes and 1-2 interesting matchups. Sit through ROH garbage for 2 hours. Who has time for that? Who is taking children and/or a spouse to that? Luckily Tony got a clue and will be trying out Collision in a studio environment instead of giant empty arenas.
