Also a lot of idols, especially at the indie level, are giga-autists themselves or kind of trashy. But there are definitely idols who fuck or date fans, though I doubt not at the AKB48 level (they fuck other celebrities instead).
There was one member of an indie group who was a lesbian and got fired because she'd fuck female fans a love hotels after shows.
