Might makes right and demands respect and deference. Sean probably makes bank off his site, and him harassing people on twitter who have limp dick retorts isn't hurting his career at all. It isn't hurting Denise sending him nudes and sexting with him. You should be inspired to stand up for yourself and not be afraid to insult the ones who deserve it. Your personal and professional life will benefit. Otherwise you let the people who will take initiative, like Sean, do it and get ahead of you.
