The combination of:
>Mildly on the spectrum
>ADHD
>Abuse of ADHD meds in order to "focus more" or "get him through long, exhausting days"
>Spoiled as a child, but spoiled in a way that his parents were never there for him and distant, and made up for that by giving him whatever he wanted
>Growing up surrounded by "friends" who were never close to him or had nothing in common with him, only really hung around him due to his money. He was never able to genuinely bond with someone over shared interests. If not for that he'd be the weird outcast kid guaranteed. This caused him to grow up flashing his cash in order to get approval and "buy friendship"
>Billionaire upbringing meant that he has never witnessed true struggle, and is out of touch with reality like most billionaires are especially the ones born into richness.
>Has always basically "played pretend" at running a business, where in reality its his dad running it all behind the scenes and he just gets to play owner. AEW is the first time the training wheels are off and he witnesses true work and true stress which is getting to him.
>Mistook the honeymoon period of AEW being fresh and an alternative to WWE which was needed, and WWE being bad at the time that anything looked amazing in comparison, and people willing to give AEW a chance and ignore all the mistakes in the first 3 years or so as they were new, all for him being a genuinely good booker and owner, now thinks his shit doesn't stink.
>Bad behaviour and delusions into thinking he knows what he's doing enabled by his early roster sucking up to him, the AEW fan boys, and especially by Meltzer
>Cocaine abuse
