Dexter Lumis is Uncle Howdy; Bo Dallas ultimately changed his mind on doing the storyline and OKed having Dexter take over the role so Hunter can relaunch Dexter as the new top heel on Raw.

Dexter as Howdy will cost Drew the world title at Clash at the Castle. Punk will be ringside when this happens and gloat only to be dragged into the ring by Damien. Punk will trash talk Howdy and call him a clown, which will lead to Dexter unmasking and commenting "You are right, the time for masks is over" before beating Punk up.

Uncle Howdy will be dropped afterwards for good (Dexter=Uncle Howdy being the payoff and no, Hunter won't try and explain anything about how Dexter was Howdy while Bray was alive). Dexter is now the leader of Judgement Day and Damien his protege and to further cement Dexter as top heel, he'll have Liv Morgan drag a beaten up Dominic Mysterio to the ring and reveal A. Liv is Dexter's girlfriend and A. Dom's out of Judgement Day and will have his magnificent mullet and mustache shaven off in the ring to further get heat on Dexter. with Dexter forcing Finn Balor to do the shaving to avoid getting the shit kicked out of him.

Dexter/Indi will divorce (she'll be livid that he left her for Liv Morgan) and Chad Gable (who has signed a new deal) will also join Judgement Day. Dexter will also make a move to get Cody's belt as far as being a feud for Cody to fill time.
