Just because he says he's a face that doesn't make him one. He's justified but he's still working heel because Punk is wildly over. Same with Liv. Rhea started the whole thing with the injury angle and Liv had a sound reason for the revenge tour shit but everyone loves Rhea so Liv is the default heel.
