- Okada comes in as new president in late 23, needs a couple of months to get settled in.
- Rossy gets fired in February, which makes news even outside of joshi circles, so even Tony hears about it.
- Okada now takes over the booking, too.
- Stardom has the US show on WM weekend, which had been already booked when Harada was still around. So while the roster is over there, the talent gets booked on a bunch of other shows, including ROH, where Okada and Tony have talks.
- Tony thinks it must've been powerless old man Rossy, who blocked the cooperation, and not Harada, because he's an uniformed dumbass.
