The big mistake was shuttling Enzo off to 205 Live and putting a belt on him. Everyone legit hated him backstage because he couldn't work for shit and talked down to everyone just because he was carrying a belt for a few months. Those sexual assault allegations against him were so flimsy, it seems like WWE just used them as an excuse to fire him and get rid of him once and for all.
