Our patients saw plenty of good results on ozempic, losing quite a bit of weight, but you seemingly can't go wrong with wegovy (which is mostly the same drug), saxenda, or zepbound. Saw results with all of those. Three things to consider:
Side effects were pretty prevelant. The degree may vary, but a lot of people got at least mild nausea.
You need to change your lifestyle; you'll eventually plateau on the medication, so if you didn't change your caloric intake, for example, you'll just get fatter again.
