people criticize modern wrestlers for not being able to throw good-looking punches but i feel like the bigger problem is that no one knows how to sell a punch these days. when you look at old wrestling from the 70s and 80s whenever someone threw a punch to the face the opponent would sell it like a shotgun blast. it doesn't matter how good you can fake a punch if the other person is just standing there and barely moving
