>>14983939Basically, yeah. Theres always the little voice in your head that picks on you for not having z or y, but i've come to learn happiness is more a level of contentment than it is the state of euphoria promised with hardwork and self improvement on infomercials and seminars.
I will say that most of my happiness comes from owning all of my labor and thus: most of my days AND the fruits of my effort. I'd advice everybody to spend their time and money only in the pursuit of that. Even if it's barely enough to live on for a while, it pays off by never answering to a clock and your best work reflecting well on YOU rather than whatever worthless asshole signing your check.
