Danielson vs Takagi is going to be incredible. The show will be worth it for that alone desu.
Orange/ZSJ should also be a really good match

Went to the 1st Forbidden Door in Chicago. Got blackout drunk and can barely remember the Tanahashi vs. Mox but my friend said I was going nuts during it. It was a great time.

Also ended up going to the second one in Toronto. Feels surreal I saw Punk wrestle for AEW. Wasn't as good but still fun. Kenny vs. Ospreay was wild. Saw them in Tokyo at Wrestle Kingdom earlier that year and while seeing that live didn't beat seeing them in Toronto, the crowd made it fun since Japan still had strict coof mandates so you couldn't cheer.

I don't watch AEW anymore because its shit now but those were good times. This card looks like shit other than Mina who is my waifu.

I remember everyone shitting on the first card and then it was a really good show though. There's probably still 3 matches + 3 pre-show matches to be announced too, and if the Swerve vs Ospreay match doesn't get some EVP shenanigans I'd be surprised.

Normally iI'd say 1/10 chance of winning. But Danielson is a mental freak. So he's got a 25%, AT BEST, at beat him. Add Tony Khan to the mix, his chances of winning drastic go up. He won't make Danielson win, so he's got a 33 1/3 chance of winning.

Forbidden Door 1 was a bad card. Everyone important was injured and the show coincided with the very end of AEW's honeymoon period. The show was good because the wrestlers put effort in to save it, but there was barely any hype. It did sell out the United Center, but AEW was selling out the United Center multiple times a year back then

Ospreay has a positive win record over IBUSHI, the man Omega still can’t beat.
it should have never ever been that much of a squash. I enjoyed the match but that was ridiculous. Will was a former world champ too.

The second match is a much better back and forth between the two and it’s an amazing match for it despite Don Callis involvement.

They made Kenny being mad for Will braining Ibushi part of it, the storytelling made sense and it got the desired effect, I think both matches were great but I would pick 1 over 2 because I think 1 was just put together in a more memorable way because Kenny is better at leading than Will.
