He didn't though.
All he booked so far was slop.
Cody's story was an inheritance from Vince's booking.
It took until WM40 for that to finish up and Haitch to get a properly clean slate with the main shows.
We've yet to see what he can do with that.
If the past 20 years of under- and midcards are anything to go by, holy fucking shit are the anti-Vinfe enthusiasts going to seethe in denial.

He's getting Chad and Otis over like crazy. He's doing the Drew/Punk stuff, though that is likely a collaborative effort from Punk and Haitch. People up and down the card have stories and things going on, stories make sense and aren't dropped. His only problem is dragging stories out but he manages to do the wrestling thing of dragging them out to get more intrigue and money.
