>aesthetics/producersEven until recently, all it would have taken is having someone like Schiavone come out and say "we're going back to our roots to give you what you love" and dial it back to the older dynamite style and aesthetics. You can even run smaller buildings that will feel a lot bigger because the fans will be much more passionate and you won't have empty arenas
>Punk/Perry/BucksYou have JR RIGHT THERE! His job in WWE included being talent relations and that meant in practice telling people stuff they didn't want to hear so vince didn't have to. If Tony wants to be everyone's friend, you have JR force people to hash out their issues or discipline them, and JR can tell people that their bad ideas aren't going to happen. Tony isn't used to people not sucking up to him constantly and wanting to be his friend so he's never actually had to be a people manager before in a tense work environment, and goddamn does it show
