The jabrones who do it today just do it because they all want to try to emulate the ones before them but just come off generic and running off old trends
More than half of them can't even get a cheap pop anymore its been so overdone

Are you really going to compare a modern flipshitter match to an old ECW flipshiiter match and say they're the same thing?
You can watch any RVD or Super Crazy match from those days they didn't come off looking like they had to flip the fuck over 900 times just to get all their shit in and think they're impressing people
Spots were carefully performed so it could build up the match in ECW, not just be done for its sake
