The first thing AEW should do is downsize its roster. The second thing it needs to do is downsize the venues and do more intimate shows. I know they hate NXT now, but that's the kind of roster size they need and the atmosphere would be better if they played to full, but smaller venues as opposed to bigger and emptier venues
