If we were to train one, powerlifting specifically might be tough to do their squat stature and actually lower that limit, so benching is where we'd see the best results, most likely. At this point, the training would be more for technique though, since gorillas in the wild are already pretty peak in their conditioning. So the number probably doesn't break that two ton limit.
