>>15077261>a relatively easy sellWB has Tony by the balls as usual. And Tony is stupid enough and his father rich enough to get cooked and take a low ball offer. What is Tony's other option? What is his negotiation here? He went from trying to inflate its value to make it seem their stake in it was worth more than it actually is, which shows how fucking naive he is. As is WB, after all its mergers would be like "oh thank god for the 10% we own of this guy's vanity fed." Tony went from that to literally begging and groveling in every interview he did, trying to look less coked up than usual. His only other option was starting his own streaming service. THe numbers are pointed down and that is in a year and during a time that it would behoove Tony to have them as high as possible. Anyone thinking that is good is delusional.
