Biggest weakness is his insistence on every title reign being "legitimate" so basically everyone holds a title for at least 4-5 months. Its fine to have long title reigns, but when everyone who wins something holds it for half a year all it does is make title matches unimportant because you know the champion isn't going to lose on his second or third defense now.

We hardly get nontitle stuff anymore, unless it's directly tied to a big faction like Bloodline or TJD which usually involves a title in some way. Which is weird because NXT excels at it.
