With extreme liberals, you get low brow communist fascist states. Allowing homosexuals to use the same arguments and pathways that was used to abate racism has lead to people with more extreme mental diseases based around their sexuality to go the same route. We should have left homosexuality as what it was, a niche mental disease that could be lived with and didn't have far reaching deteriments to the rest of society as long as it was viewed as being that. A niche. State marriage would have been allowed with religions free to decide on their own allowing individual churches to decide their own dogma between practitioners while still leaving the door open for states to reap the rewards of duel income houses, collecting taxes from gay couples that wanted to actually be somewhat normal. The problem is we are trying to make rules and regulations for the masses based on the shouted input from less than 1%. THat doesnt work. And now you have the even more niche trans tribes stating they are part of the same movement. This is stupid and how hate starts to spread towards a group. A subclass niche can not demand anything in a democracy. There will be push back. We are seeing the push back from Christian fanatics.
