If you have that means you had behavioral issues, anxiety or sexual problems in your life. Basically it means you're broken in some intrinsic way genetically and/or mentally. Common logic is to believe that the way you see the world is "normal" but the point of society is to give you something to juxtapose your view of reality against something external and show you that you're not normal.
