It's pretty boring. The only real "behind the scenes" stuff you see is HHH and Rock talking to production while planning entrances for a couple of minutes.
Otherwise it's HHH and Rock showing how well they get on (there's like ten separate instances of them hugging/shaking hands), Rock taking credit for everything in the story and some overly dramatic/staged shots of cody seething about being replaced in the main event.
They spend like ten minutes just playing highlights of the two main event matches

I did notice that when Cody was sitting in his trailer all sad after giving his spot to Rock, he did have, prominently on the table in front of him, a bottle of vodka of the same brand that is sponsoring this year's Money in the Bank.

Don't underestimate the codymaniacs brother but I only remember the repeated/printed signs being present in large numbers at that first show in St Louis. Hell they were even quieting the crowd audio during his match with Shinsuke that night because they wouldn't stop chanting Rocky sucks. Now if they tried to hand out those signs AFTER the Rock heel turn then yeah that makes sense.
