"Well, we've certainly seen a lot," Bryan conceded, finally glancing up from his notes.
Dave took a deep breath, as if bracing for a revelation that would shake the very foundations of their podcast. "What if I told you, uh, my ultimate dream is to be a... a gay male porn star?" The room fell silent for a beat, and then both men burst into laughter.
But Dave's chuckles soon morphed into something else entirely. "No, I'm, uhh, not kidding. I've always had this... fascination with the industry."
Bryan's laughter trailed off, his brow furrowing in confusion. "Wait, you're serious?"
"You tell me," Dave said, his voice dropping an octave. "And you know what? I think AEW is the perfect place for it."
Bryan's jaw dropped. "AEW? As in, All Elite Wrestling?"
Dave nodded solemnly. "The homoerotic undertones are already there, man. The tight spandex, umm, the sweaty bodies, the... moves. It's all just a tasteful striptease away from being full-blown porn."
"Dave, you can't be serious."
But Dave was already standing up, his chair scraping against the floor. "Oh, I am," he said, a glint in his eye. "And I'm going to prove it to you right now."
With that, he began to dance. It was a stripper's dance, all gyrations and exaggerated movements.
Bryan's eyes widened, his cheeks reddening. "Dave, what the hell are you doing?"
"This is what I'd bring to the table," Dave said, a wild look in his eyes. "This is what the people want to see!"
Bryan stumbled backward, knocking over a stack of wrestling magazines. "No, Dave, no! This isn't what I signed up for!"
And with that, Bryan sprinted out of the room, his screams echoing down the hallway. Dave paused in his dance, a look of surprised hurt on his face, before shrugging and continuing his routine. After all, the podcast must go on.
