I say this 100% unironically in a non console warrior way, I don't really watch AEW aside from some clips online every once in a few months, nor am I a huge fan of JJ, but I was willing to tune into the next few Dynamites after seeing this promo, just to see how JJ's story in the tourney pans out. I wasn't expecting him to win it, he's too old to have something like that at this point, but they could've told an incredibly kino story about grief and acceptance along the way. But nah, they job him out to a basedmilk guzzling flippy cowboy in the first round. This is genuinely pathetic.
