he's a victim of incredible bad booking when it comes to face and heels, specially heels because triple h can't book shit that isn't bloodline (and that's only as good as it is because of roman's and mcmahon's ideas), lack of charisma I can understand it a bit but he's not that bad at promos, he's shined quite a lot with this mini drew feud.
and prone to botch not sure, I haven't seen him botch that much ever since becoming world champion, just in backlash and he recovered quickly
