>>15234457There's a micro indie jap promotion called Capture International that, when they first started, would put down a ring-sized mat(s) like this on the floor of wherever they were wrestling and surround it with guard rails and have the stiffest shoot-style matches imaginable. I don't know if they still do that though. And it's not because they couldn't afford a ring; it was just their gimmick.
