Nick Aldis needs to be dual General Manager for both SmackDown and Raw. Adam Pearce is more suited to do janitorial clean-up duties, since he's too hot headed and stubborn to make any rational decisions.

Pearce won't even make the logical decision to keep CM Punk from interfering in Drew McIntyre matches and segments.
